The pan can be used on most surfaces, such as oven's, BBQ's, wood fires, gas hobs, solid plate & induction hobs. Oven safe up to 230°C.

Easy to clean and maintain, we recommend not using a dishwasher for this item. Cast iron cookware should be hand washed with warm water and restored with natural oils. 

That means no soap or dishwasher use. The wooden board is wipe clean only.
